oh you sing it sister!!! automated menus are evil! particularly when they do one of those chinese water torture style continuum loops that never lead you anywhere except to the loony bin!

to tell me how much you hate automated menus, press 1to tell me that you love automated menus, press 2to move to another menu, press 3for word verification, press KIZSU
I dislike those automated menues also as well.
In defiance, I just press '0' or stay silent til the menu doesn't know what else to do but transfer me to a person. :D
the ghost in the machine is frightening...
