to tell me how much you hate automated menus, press 1to tell me that you love automated menus, press 2to move to another menu, press 3for word verification, press KIZSU
I dislike those automated menues also as well.
In defiance, I just press '0' or stay silent til the menu doesn't know what else to do but transfer me to a person. :D
